  • That depends on your income, expenses, deposit, and any other commitments. We can give you a clear estimate once we review your details in a strategy call, no guesswork.

  • There are several first home buyer grants and government schemes that can reduce your deposit or upfront costs. Eligibility varies, so we'll work through which ones apply to you and how to make the most of them.

  • Nothing. We're paid by the lender when your loan settles, so our service is completely free to you. And because our brokers are salaried, we're not pushing you towards anyone in particular.

  • Nothing. We're paid by lenders when your loan settles, so our service is completely free to you.

  • Fair question. Here's how it actually works: Our brokers are salaried, not commission-driven. That means they're not incentivised to push you towards any particular lender. We get paid the same regardless of which bank you choose, so we're free to recommend what actually makes sense for your situation, not what makes us the most money.
