Rachelle Kroon is one of Australia’s most respected mortgage brokers and the founder of Sphere Home Loans. She started Sphere in 2013 with a clear vision: to give clients access to strategic, thoughtful lending advice that puts their future first.
In just her third year as a broker, Rachelle became the top female broker in Australia. Since then, she has built Sphere into one of the country’s leading broking businesses, recognised for its service, performance and client-first approach. Her background in finance, lender relationships and credit training gives her deep technical expertise, while her experience as a property investor brings real-world perspective to every conversation.
Rachelle is also the author of The Quick Start Guide to Your First Property and co-host of This Is Property, where she helps Australians make smarter property and finance decisions.

With a Bachelor of Psychology from Macquarie University and a technical foundation built through his early career as a Parabroker, he combines credit knowledge with a strong understanding of people, goals and decision-making.

Cameron is a Mortgage Broker with a strong foundation in the industry. While he is a new broker within the Sphere team, he is far from new to mortgage broking, having spent five years supporting a top mortgage broker before stepping into his own broking career.
That experience gave Cameron a valuable behind-the-scenes understanding of what great lending advice looks like. He has seen the detail, strategy and care required to guide clients through major financial decisions, and now brings that knowledge into his own client relationships.
Cameron has a particular passion for working with first home buyers. His approach is patient, educational and supportive, helping clients understand their options, prepare properly and feel confident before they are ready to buy.

Courtney is a Sphere original. After more than 12 years with the business, she is one of the familiar, trusted faces many clients have spoken with at some stage of their property journey.
Starting as an assistant, Courtney worked her way through the business to become Business Manager, gaining a deep understanding of Sphere’s clients, systems, standards and service culture along the way. Today, she works as a Parabroker in Team Joe, supporting long-term clients as they restructure lending, upsize their homes or prepare for the next chapter.
Her strength lies in continuity. Courtney knows the people, the stories and the level of care Sphere clients expect, making her an important part of the client experience behind the scenes.

Sydney brings five years of hands-on mortgage broking experience to her role as Credit Analyst at Sphere. After entering the industry straight after completing her HSC, she quickly developed a passion for lending and built a strong technical foundation across lender policy, servicing and the end-to-end application process.
Sydney started her career as a Broker Assistant before progressing into a Credit Analyst role, where she discovered how much she enjoys the strategic side of lending. She plays an important role behind the scenes, helping ensure applications are structured correctly, submitted efficiently and progressed smoothly from start to finish. Her attention to detail, communication and commitment to finding solutions help clients move forward with confidence.
